How It Works

When a payment is due, Pulse Electric LLC may provide the customer with a secure Stripe payment link, invoice payment page, or website payment button. The customer can click the payment link, review the payment amount, and complete the transaction through Stripe’s secure checkout page.

Stripe can also provide hosted invoice pages, which means the customer can view invoice details, pay the invoice through a secure page, and receive payment confirmation. Once the payment is submitted, Stripe processes the transaction electronically and transfers funds to the business bank account associated with Pulse Electric LLC, minus any applicable processing fees

Pulse Electric LLC offers customers the option to make secure online payments through Stripe, a trusted payment processing platform used by businesses to safely accept electronic payments online.

This payment option is provided as a convenient alternative to cash or check payments. Customers can pay directly from their phone, tablet, or computer without needing to mail a check, meet in person, or handle cash

Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on the payment page and available options, customers may be able to pay using:

  • Major credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • ACH or bank transfer, when available

  • Other Stripe-supported payment methods

Available payment methods may vary depending on the type of invoice, payment link, customer device, customer location, and Stripe settings.

Why We Offer Stripe Payments

Stripe payments are offered for customer convenience, faster payment processing, and improved record keeping. Online payments help customers pay deposits, progress payments, emergency service invoices, and final balances quickly and securely.

This option is especially helpful for:

  • Service call payments

  • Emergency work invoices

  • Deposit payments

  • Progress payments

  • Final invoice balances

  • Customers who prefer not to use cash or checks

Security

Payments made through Stripe are processed through Stripe’s secure payment system. Pulse Electric LLC does not directly store customer credit card or banking information. Customers enter their payment information through Stripe’s checkout or invoice payment page.

Processing Fees

Online card payments may include processing fees charged by Stripe or other payment networks. These fees are separate from the electrical work being performed and may be included in the invoice total or shown separately when applicable.

Any applicable processing fees, deposits, progress payments, or final balances will be clearly stated on the estimate, invoice, or payment page before payment is submitted

Cash and Check Payments

Pulse Electric LLC may still accept cash or check payments when arranged in advance. Stripe is simply offered as an additional secure and convenient payment option for customers who prefer to pay electronically.

Payment Terms

Payment through Stripe does not change the agreed scope of work. All payments are subject to the terms listed on the estimate, invoice, proposal, service agreement, or written change order.

Deposits, progress payments, and final balances may be required depending on the size and type of project. Deposits or progress payments may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered, permits have been filed, scheduling has been reserved, or labor has begun.

Customers should only submit payment through a payment link, invoice page, or payment button provided directly by Pulse Electric LLC. If a customer has any question about whether a payment request is legitimate, they should contact Pulse Electric LLC before submitting payment.
